Sewer Scope Inspections

Our camera runs through your main drain lines to check the condition and find items that may be expensive to fix later. An older home may have cast iron drain piping, or a new construction home may have debris in the drain lines—let us find them prior to closing on your property.

Septic System Inspections

We will remove the cover to the septic tank and check the water level to make sure the water is draining properly, and will then run water in the house to make sure it is properly flowing from the house to the septic tank, to make sure the water level within the tank does not rise when they introduce more water and check for any backflow from the absorption area.

Pool/Spa Inspections

We can come out and check the components of your home pool and/or spa to ensure everything is working properly. There are also critical safety items related to pools such as drain type, fencing/access and more that are crucial to know about.

Wood Destroying Insect Inspections

Termites can do a lot of damage before ever being detected. A license from the Texas Department of Agriculture allows to perform Wood Destroying Insect Inspections. We’ll check for any indicators of prior or active infestation of termites and other Wood Destroying Insects.

Repair Verification

If you had an inspection and negotiated repairs, we can go back to reinspect and ensure repairs were actually and adequately completed, allowing you to renegotiate and address any issues that may still be required.

Repair Pricer

We can submit your inspection report to Repair Pricer, and review all deficiencies and determine the potential costs to fix. The report is divided into sections and arrives within 24 hours of submitting, allowing you plenty of time for negotiations.
